Hours: Vendor set up begins at 7:00 a.m.. The market opens at 8:00 a.m. Sales end at 12:00 p.m.
Weather: The market will be open rain or shine. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather.

Vendor Fees:

$20 per Saturday,

$240 for the entire season of Saturdays (13 total), if paid in full at or before the first market date. This year, there are no monthly discounts. Full-season payment also includes the benefit of having the same space for the entire market season.​

​​Registration Confirmation: All registrations must be approved by the market manager. Vendors will receive a registration confirmation email when their registration is approved.

Market and Vendor Rules
Permitted Sales:

Locally raised or processed meats,

Handmade soaps, lotions, and other skin or beauty products,

Pet treats, foods, and accessories,

Flowers, plants, and seeds,

Marinades, dressings, seasonings, spices, salts, or rubs,

Candies, popcorns, or nuts,

Honey,
-
Fresh eggs and more.
Vendor Requirements:
All vendors must:​

Have any health department, Georgia Department of Agriculture, US Department of Agriculture, or any other applicable federal, state, or local licenses or certifications required to sell their products.

Label products as required by their license or other laws, such as USDA rules for listing ingredients on prepared food.

Agree that their business name and images of their vendor space and products may be used to promote or advertise the market on the market's website or social media pages.

Collect and report any required taxes or fees.

Ensure that their vendor space at the market is clean, sanitary, and safe for shoppers. Each vendor is responsible for their own liability.

Pay the vendor fee prior to set up.

Sell only Georgia-grown, homemade, or handmade goods. No resell of manufactured or wholesale goods is permitted. The market is not a swap meet or flea market.

Produce must be grown by the vendor or the vendor’s family or business. Resell of produce is permitted ONLY if the produce is a) grown in Georgia and b) purchased directly from the grower.

Community, service, and faith group non-profit “vendors” are allowed. No political groups or campaigning will be permitted. Group vendors must be non-profit or not-for-profit entities. For-profit business may only be vendors is selling products that fit within the market guidelines.

Comply with all additional rules of the market or market managers’ instructions.

Vendor Spaces and Set-up

Vendor set up begins at 7:00. The market opens at 8:00 a.m. Sales end at 12:00 p.m.

The vendor fee covers a 12’ x 12’ booth space in front of a 12’ x 12’ parking space.

For vendors paying weekly, spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis each Saturday.

Vendors may bring signage, tables, chairs, tents, or displays for their space, but all items must fit within the vendor’s selling space. Vendors must ensure market shoppers’ safety by weighing down tents and keeping walkways free of tripping hazards.

Vendors must ensure that their space is accessible to persons with disabilities, such as persons who use wheelchairs or walkers.

Vendors must ensure that their spaces are returned to pre-set up cleanliness before departing the market. Trash cans will be provided by the market.

Market Promotion
The market will be promoted through faith groups, the county cooperative extension office, the Madison County Chamber of Commerce, local businesses, social media, word of mouth, signage, and other outlets, but vendors are encouraged to promote through their own networks and channels. Market sites:
