On Saturday, August 26, 2023, the market moves to Memorial Park in Danielsville, where your favorite market vendors will be joined by local businesses, community groups, food and drink, and music!
The market is open from 8a - 2p, and food will be served from 11a - 2p.

CRITICAL INFORMATION
WHERE
The August 26 market will be held at the Madison County Memorial Park, 91 Albany Avenue, Danielsville, Georgia, 30633.
WHEN
Vendor set up ends at 7:45 a.m. NO late set up will be permitted. No refunds will be issued for failure to have set up complete by 7:45 a.m.
Market hours have been extended to 2:00 p.m., but if vendors wish to break down and leave earlier, they may do so.
Food service vendors will offer food from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
CELEBRATION DIFFERENCES
Local businesses and organizations, or “community vendors," will be allowed to rent vendor spaces, even those not selling products. The rules for community vendors are below.
Health and safety events will be included. For example, the City of Danielsville Police Department will offer car seat checks.
VENDOR SPACES
Spaces are limited for the final market celebration. No walk-ups will be permitted. Only confirmed vendors will be allowed to set up.

Vendor spaces are still 12’ x 12’ and all existing rules for vendor space safety and access still apply.
THERE ARE NO WATER OR ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS in any space.
Vendors will not be able to leave their cars at their spaces. Vendors will unload at their spaces and then move their cars to the designated parking areas. Except food vendors selling from vehicles, all vendor spaces will be on the grassy area of Memorial Park. Food vendor spaces will be in the parking lot of Memorial Park.
VENDOR FEES
The vendor fee remains the same: $10. Vendors who have already paid for the 26th are paid in full.

VENDOR TYPES AND SELECTION
REGULAR VENDORS
Permitted items for sales remain the same. Items must be Georgia-grown or raised, homemade, or handmade.
COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND GROUPS
Places of worship, non-profit organizations, hobby clubs, social services organizations, etc., may participate in the market to fundraise, advertise, grow their membership, or provide information or awareness.
Partisan political groups may not register as vendors.
LOCAL BUSINESSES OR SERVICES
Businesses or service providers from Madison and surrounding counties that wish to fundraise, advertise, or provide information or awareness are also welcome to register.

VENDOR SELECTION
Because space is limited, not all vendors' registrations will be approved. Vendors will be selected considering these and other factors:

Item for sale (within market rules, number of other vendors selling the same products, preference for produce and other food items)

Origin of products, business, or organization (local preferred)

GENERAL MARKET RULES
All vendors must:

Have any health department, Georgia Department of Agriculture, US Department of Agriculture, or any other applicable federal, state, or local licenses or certifications required to sell their products.

Label products as required by their license or other laws, such as USDA rules for listing ingredients on prepared food.

Agree that their business name and images of their vendor space and products may be used to promote or advertise the market on the market's website or social media pages.

Collect and report any required taxes or fees.

Ensure that their vendor space at the market is clean, sanitary, and safe for shoppers. Each vendor is responsible for their own liability.

Pay the vendor fee prior to set up.

Sell only Georgia-grown, homemade, or handmade goods. No resale of manufactured or wholesale goods is permitted. The market is not a swap meet or flea market.

Comply with all additional rules of the market or market managers’ instructions.
